In order for you to receive the villa in excellent condition from those who stayed before you and in order for you to leave the villa in equally excellent condition for those who will come to stay right after you, here are some guidelines and instructions regarding the use of the villa that we will ask you to read and confirm.

Accommodation conditions and instructions for use in the villa:

• The villa is rented rent-free for an allotted period of time.
• It is forbidden to have parties in the villa and/or in the garden and in the pool area.
• The neighborhood is a prestigious and quiet neighborhood; therefore, you should not listen to music that is not at an adequate volume. The music you will hear will not be a nuisance to the neighbors
• Barbecue is allowed only in the designated area in the outdoor kitchen in the garden
• It isn't allowed to invite or allow more people than specified in the invitation to stay/lodge/use the villa.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the villa area.
• Do not take equipment out of the villa, including towels, intended for use in the villa area only.
• You must keep the peace between the hours of 14:00 and 16:00 and after 23:00 and behave fairly towards the neighbors. A panalty as a result of noise will be imposed on the guest.
• check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00
• Please keep the villa, all its facilities clean. Do not cause any damage or defect in them intentionally or unintentionally.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, smoking is allowed only in designated areas (in the garden and pool area).
• Do not throw cigarette butts/dirt/waste, etc., in the garden or from the windows and balconies of the villa.
• During his stay, the customer is responsible for the use of the villa, for all its area and facilities, and the customer will bear all the responsibilities resulting from their use.
• Do not disconnect electrical cables and other connections from the TVs in the villa. In addition, it is not possible to take remote controls for air conditioners, televisions, fans and any other found in the villa
• If one of the remote controls is not found after the customer leaves, additional charges may apply.
• Do not bring additional equipment or an audio and amplification system or make noise in the villa or garden at all hours of the day.
• Any additional guest who will be accommodated (beyond what is specified in the agreement) will be in coordination with the company and at an additional fee.
• In each double room, two towels are provided for the duration of the stay. If you are interested in additional towels or cleaning services during your stay, an additional fee will be charged.

Instructions for using the pool and its area and jacuzzi:

• The pool is unsupervised by a lifeguard.
• The use of the pool is at the sole responsibility of the user.
• Children are not allowed to enter, unless accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
• Do not jump into the pool.
• Do not push people into the pool.
• It is forbidden to run in the pool area, this is a slipping area.
• It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages during the stay in the pool and/or before the stay in it.
• Parties are not allowed in the pool area.
• Do not touch the pool systems and the heating system, any malfunction that occurs in the pool systems will incur a full charge for repair.
• During the winter, it is necessary to open the pool cover a few minutes before swimming and at the end of the swim, cover it back.
• It is forbidden to fill the pool beyond the water level that was on the day of your arrival.
• Touching the equipment in the engine room is strictly prohibited.
• Do not take glass cups of any kind into the garden and pool area.
• The renter declares that he has a clear understanding of all the dangers and/or chances and/or all their consequences both in the life and health of each user, which are supposed to be caused by using the pool.
• The renter undertakes to observe and keep all the warnings requested in order to avoid any damage and/ or danger and/or chances of injury and/or drowning and/or slipping resulting from any use of the pool.
• The renter declares and undertakes to be thr responsible for any damage and/or movement and/or drowning and/or slipping from any results directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, from the use of the pool during the entire rental period.
• For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified between the parties that the lessor will not be responsible and/or liable and will not bear any payments, responsibilities and other charges both in a civil lawsuit and in a criminal lawsuit for any movement and/or sinking and/or sliding for any results arising directly or Indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, from using the pool during the rental period.
• It is clarified between the parties that there is a complete prohibition for any use of the pool by a child under the age of 12, unless one of his parents is present for supervision.

Instructions for use in the gym:

• Food is not allowed in the gym area.
• At the end of the workout, it is required to return all the weights to their place, turn off the light, devices and air conditioners and make sure that the doors are closed.
• It is absolutely forbidden to riot or damage the equipment in the gym.
• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to exercise in the gym.
• Please keep the gym clean just as you received it.
• The tenant declares that he has a clear understanding of all the dangers and/or chances and/or all their consequences both in the life and health of each user, which are supposed to be caused by using the gym. The renter undertakes to observe and keep all the warnings requested in order to avoid any damage and/or danger and/or chances of injury arising from any use of the gym.
• The tenant declares and undertakes to be exclusively responsible for any damage and/or movement, any results directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, from using the gym during the entire rental period.
• For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified between the parties that the lessor will not be responsible and/or liable and will not bear any payments, responsibilities and other charges both in a civil lawsuit and in a criminal lawsuit for any movement and/or damage to the body for any results resulting directly or indirectly, intentionally Or unintentionally, from using the gym during the rental period.
• It is clarified between the parties that any use of the gym by a child under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited.

Customer's attention:

• disobedience of any of the above instructions, all or part of them, is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will bear all responsibility arising as a result of their disobedience. The customer confirms that in the event of any damage, the credit card he owns will be charged for the full cost of the damage, and this without prejudice to the company's right to receive any remedy which she deserves by law.
• The company will take a credit card for security or a cash deposit, before the date of the stay, to ensure payment in case of damage/damage to the property.
• The customer undertakes not to cause any damage to the villa, to its entire area and facilities and undertakes that any such damage caused to them as a result of an act and/or omission by the customer and/or someone on his behalf, including any third party staying there on behalf of the customer, will be his responsibility, and he will bear in all the expenses and results arising therefrom.
• The customer will indemnify the company for any claim and/or claim and/or expense required of it, and which will arise as a result of any use by the customer of the villa, for all of its area and facilities, and/or damage and/or act and/or omission on the part of the customer and any person on his behalf, which they will cause during his stay.
• The company will not be responsible and will not bear any direct and/or indirect and/or consequential and/or special damage caused to the customer and/or any person on his behalf that was caused during the stay in the villa
• The company is not responsible for any loss, theft or any damage to the customer's personal property.
• The customer undertakes to return all textile equipment (bedding/towels) in good condition at the end of their stay at the property. Missing and/or damaged equipment may result in an additional charge equivalent to the cost of the damage (towel of any type 30 NIS per unit, sheet/float 100 NIS per unit).
• The customer undertakes to clear the villa of equipment and guests at the stated departure time (unless otherwise agreed). Late departure may result in an immediate charge of 20% of the total cost of the reservation.

• The customer declares that it has been brought to his attention that in any case of violation of any of the above instructions, the customer will be required to leave the villa immediately, and it will be clarified that the customer will be charged the full financial charge, and will not be entitled to a partial and/or full refund from the company.
• Any violation of one of the conditions will result in immediate departure without refund.
• The villa must be returned at the end of the stay as delivered.
• The exclusive jurisdiction with regard to disputes that may arise between the parties in connection with this agreement is hereby granted to the competent court in Eilat only. Israeli law will apply to this agreement only.
